Located in the heart of Brunswick, the development stands as a testament to sustainable design and community driven living. Designed by Fieldwork Architects, this 171-apartment project runs entirely on 100% renewable energy, offering residents a connected, renewable way of life.

Sustainability has been at the core of this build and Intex is proud to have supplied the crucial metal systems thats helping bring this project to life. Our Intex Furring Channel, Deflection Head Track and Stud and Track systems played the key role in delivering the building’s strong internal framework.

Thanks to the teamwork of our valued contractor Rising Stars Interior PTY LTD, this project showcases the seamless integration of our durable steel metals which are designed to stand the test of time. Together, we’ve supported a build that not only meets today’s construction standards but also paves the way for a greener more sustainable future.
