Chevron One is an iconic high-rise residential tower on Chevron Island, just minutes from Surfers Paradise in the heart of the Gold Coast. Rising 41 levels and comprising over 229 luxury apartments, the development sets a new benchmark in high-rise living, with striking geometry, natural light and sweeping panoramic views.
Architecturally designed by Marchese Partners and inspired by coastal forms and textures, Chevron One delivers a refined collection of residences defined by innovation, precision and craftsmanship.
Intex proudly partnered with Fineline Contractors to support the delivery of this landmark project.
We supplied a comprehensive range of high-quality materials across every stage of the build, including our advanced metal stud and track systems, along with specialised compound, fire sealants and access panels. These solutions played a critical role in ensuring structural integrity, on-site efficiency and long-term performance.
Our collaboration with Fineline Contractors was instrumental in bringing this project to life, contributing to a development that will become a defining feature of the Gold Coast skyline upon its completion in 2026.
