The starmix® NSG Stainless Steel Dust Extractor features a durable 35L steel container, with integrated power tool socket and infinitely variable speed for less fatigue and more control.
Unlike sanders with motors mounted on the head, the AG700 places its powerful 550W motor at the bottom of the handle. This acts as a counterbalance, shifting the center of gravity to the operator's hands and making the sanding head feel virtually weightless when working overhead.
The starmix® NSG Stainless Steel Dust Extractor comes with a high-performance, HEPA-class pleated filter cartridge (AS413372) features a 7200 cm² double filtering surface built for heavy-duty dry and wet applications. The Polyester – filter cartridge offers exceptional filtration efficiency at 99.995% dust retention, meeting HEPA standards. An additional pre-filter sac cloth (AS413082) is included for 30L to 55L containers. It offers a 4000 cm² filter surface area for efficient wet and dry vacuuming and made from long-life tear-resistant polyester.
Say goodbye to the lag and breakage associated with flexible cable drives. The AG700 utilizes a solid wire core shaft for direct, 1:1 torque transfer. This ensures instant throttle response and prevents the "whipping" motion that causes surface gouges.
The Intex starmix® features a multiple of safety and smart features, including: blow-out function, antistatic-ready operation, soft start with delayed shutdown, hose storage and plug fixing, rubber-coated wheels and castors, parking position and a water level detection.
A proprietary gimbal system designed to prevent common sanding errors: Position A (Ceilings): Locks the head's vertical tilt to prevent it from "flipping" over, ensuring the disc lands flat on the ceiling every time. Position B (Walls): Unlocks full articulation for vertical surfaces and allows the unit to fold for compact storage.
